Debora Marsh’s career has been spent in various roles in healthcare. Her strengths truly lie within development, retention and leadership. In addition, Debora’s past experiences have enhanced her present expertise. As a respiratory therapist, she understood the complexities of patient care, the difficult tasks clinicians faced each day and the growing healthcare system within Rhode Island. The next opportunity gave her the chance to correspond with leadership in HR departments of larger companies. There Debora had been introduced to the challenges of employers and employees (care givers), when confronted with issues of care giving. Most recently, she had been employed with a national organization, Brookdale Senior Living, as the Director for Business Development for Southeastern New England. She unfortunately had to leave her position to become a family caregiver.
